Pros

Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. Young and energetic colleagues.

Cons

Zero transparency from executive management on decision making. More focus on time to market than quality. Copy paste culture has set in. Inventiveness and advocacy are non-existent. A "yes man" culture driven from the top, and it is a pity, because the people here are so talented, but the management is a huge problem.

Really need to work on their Work-culture

Pros

Lots of learnings since the company is working on real good AI/ML projects

Cons

1. Forget that Work-life Balance Exists 2. No formal training or efforts to upskill you. 3. Managers don't even discuss the appraisals. 4. HRBP would never answer your requests. 5. If you're in good terms with your manager, you will be praised all the time even if you don't have content and depth about the project.

Our Leave Policy has also been updated to empower employees to utilize their leaves more efficiently. The Sabbatical policy and concept of " No Meeting Day" will help the strike better balance. Also, please go refer to the certifications guide and reach out to the Learning team to know more about the upskilling programs.
