      Pros

      Quantiphi as a company has shown tremendous growth from last two years. It is no wonder that they are doing so great. I saw some of the reviews in here, which does not justify everything in Quantiphi. It is one of the best company or organisation I have worked in. Yes, the responsiblity is more and if you are not able to cop up with that pressure somehow it falls on you but Eployees want that they just have to do what they are told and get paid for it . Let's be clear that's not how Quantiphi works. They will give you responsibiltyi and they will give you work and byperforming in them you can become a important member of team and even come to a Seniority where you will be leading your own team and that;s the only way to reach there

      Cons

      I will agree to other cons stated here. SOme benefits regarding issues, Confirmation delay is something which I have also seen few times

      Some Direct points about Quantiphi

      Pros

      I think no one will sit and read all the reviews so I will try to be direct. 1. Quantiphi is one of the leading tech firm in India right now 2. Salary and Increment range is in par with market if not more marginally 3. Your Increment totally depends upon your performance and there is no other way you can acheive this 4. Performance and only performance can help you in acheiving in Quantiphi 5. They are very close to their culture and want you to respect them if you are working along with them. 6. All the benefits which I think should be given are all there, recently added Family Insurance too 7. There are events which happens throughout the year, won't ever feel bored in Quantiphi 8. Crowd is young, Yes!!! it has one of the youngest crowd percentage 9. I like the work which I have, can't comment about other project 10. They recently won Great Place to Work in India which is a huge achievement i guess

      Cons

      Confirmation took time for me . Comp off comes twice in a month on fixed date f you have , we should increase that frequency
