      Pros

      Quantiphi range of work has increased alot from last couple of years. Their projects involve a lot of good oppurtunities for Freshers as well as Exp Senior Employees. Quantiphi always believe in good leadership, hence who ever opts for Lead position in Quantiphi has to be very good in their job as they will make sure that you are involved in depth with the project assigned to you and not only instruct juniors to do the work.

Our Leave Policy has also been updated to empower employees to utilize their leaves more efficiently. The Sabbatical policy and concept of " No Meeting Day" will help the strike better balance.       Since I have joined, this was clear that the way o fsolving problems in this organisation is a little but different and even though it might be a little , it sometimes even involves leadership in that projet. Hence this showed me that how much Quantiphi Leaders are involved in each and every project. I was shocked to see that even Founders were getting involved in our meetings and finding solutions of our Project aongside us. This is something which I have never seen in any organisation and this made me appreciate my work more and feel important in organisation which is really important that eveery employee shuold feel. Quantiphi makes sure that it is doing this

      Good for freshers, better than any other service based company

      Cons

      Software developer can be assign any role, learning will depends on clients requirements,, software developer mostly doing frontend developer jobs, certification amount will be deducted on resignation lots of taxes. BA ,CEM will be forcing to do some work whom he has no technical knowledge ,
