None. This is a toxic company

Cons

Absurd policy. There’s no proper point of contact. Everyone, will sort of ghost you for your concerns. The project deadlines are unrealistic and set in a way to work day and night. The “flexible work hour” is not for employees for them. You will be expected to be available 24*7. The managers will say that please take care of your mental health, don’t work overnight and on the other hand ask you for a showcase a day prior(they just intentionally push you). No proper support. My advice: Don’t take the offer.
