Queen’s has some amazing employees and they give great care to their patients.

Cons

Patients are a tough crowd, many are homeless and stay in the hospital with no placement for months on end. Hospital management does not care about the welfare of their staff, nurse to patient ratios, or fair pay for the cost of living.
