Great culture (depending on the team), good benefits and competitive pay. There is a desire for collaboration across departments (though there's always resistance to this in health systems). Very strong mission focus, which makes a difference.

Cons

Limitations in upward mobility if you're in less common roles like Project Managers, particularly given that it's an organization where people stay for a long time. Same goes for pay raises, particularly with the financial challenges that health systems are facing.
