      Consistently Poor Management no matter who is CEO

      Pros

      Compared to other companies, I cannot think of any pros. As a matter of fact, I have found a better offer.

      Cons

      Lack of product knowledge and management by senior management. Lack of product knowledge by project managers and business analysts to successfully complete lab requested application enhancements. Vague requirements for what the business says they want. Comparatively mediocre pay for a lot of work that consistently warrants overtime. No work/life balance. High deductible medical plans. Challenging medical cost coverage with PayFlex card.

      Good benefits. Great co-workers. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      All upper management knows is outsourcing and laying off people. Even when company has good revenue and profits, they will cut costs and laying people off and replacing them with outsourcing.

      I don’t know. I got paid on time? Benefits were good.

      Cons

      Often understaffed and expected to work alone. Manager once yelled at me in my face because I took the leads instructions instead of hers. Bad employees were tolerated and good ones were punished. Expected to work Saturdays with no overtime.
