The benefits is ok

Cons

1 phlebotomists per facility most of the time but they expect your wait time to be low. They don’t want you doing overtime but you cannot close your door not even a minute to lunch time or closing time. You accrue time off but can’t really take the time off because you’re the only one at the PSC. They really don’t care about their employees!

Pros

Decent pay. Good benefits. Free labs once a year.

Cons

I was told I over serviced customers because my average call time was too long. Huge expectations for the wages. Busy with back to back calls. No breaks at all between calls. You are expected to document and submit all forms and procedures before caller hangs up. Not easy keeping a busy doctors office staff on the line.
