Pros

The stress level is very low Nice benefits package Neat and organized workplace Larger company

Cons

If you are a new Tech, it is not a good place to start. They do not provide proper training for you to succeed. You may also lose self-steem about the your career because of this. If you are desperate for a job, it is ok to work there. Management is fine but they just toss you in the lab and never follow up with you. The professional quality of employees is also very poor. The pay is poor compared to other labs. The classdoor salary is not acurate. At quest lab people do not respect each other. Some employees can be trashy, unrespectful ,and unprofessional especially in chemistry area .keep this in mind & keep your cool.

Pros

If you want a job/career just to receive a check well this is the company to work. Must of the attitude is cannot wait to get off work or when is pay day.

Cons

OK here is the true meat and potatoes of the company and if it is a lie someone else told it. There are many seedy people that work here such that they will undermine your work example in three regions in the company if you are not like the work you produce such a patients drawn maybe thrown away so you can be written up or fired. Those areas are Florida,New York,New Jersey and California. Next problem area is that there are persons who have been here so long that they discourage others to grow in the company or create situations which they are terminated. Also there are so many redundancies such as cost over runs for little things like changing company logo ,but not change within internal management . Another example the company purchases items for employees to use such as personalized lab coats ,but later after spending money weekly for dry cleaning later decided to throw them away rather than donate to medical programs like nursing , medical school or dental schools. Last con , but not really is that the sales department here does not hold true value in the company charter or belief in that they would sell you a car with no motor with no concern about how you are going to get it off the lot. Finally i would have to say there is a lot of lip service in that few among many keep there word, so if someone tells you something do not believe as it maybe a wolf in sheep's clothing.
