Great benefits. That is all.
Cons
Do not give raises based on performance. Most times they raise the minimum pay for a job over what they gave as raises and you have to ask to get a raise to the new minimum rate. Then you are making exactly what the person you are training makes. Also it sucks when they tell you that your department had the best year ever and your raise doesn't keep up with inflation
