Cleanliness. They don’t clean the bathrooms inside the lab. The management sucks and this is why people quit every time. They need to look into who they put above their employees. The pay also sucks for those who are working on specimen. You would expect them to pay us more.

Poor management, no growth, over worked, short staffed all the time at every office, no appreciation, little pay, favoritism and performing a lot of duties outside phlebotomy.
