Excellent training, great benefits, wonderful leaders. They truly walk the walk, everyone I have met is outstanding! Wonderful work/life balance. We have so much support and help to be successful.

Pros

I love my regional and my store leader, they work along side us and make sure that we are doing okay. My co workers are great, and when we are having trouble with co workers, they make sure that it is resolved. The job is also super easy with a good routine from shift to shift.

Cons

Sometimes we have to clean out the trench and have to get into the trench to clean it, and sometimes it takes a while for manager to put in the right work orders to get things fixed.

This company is fantastic. I really do love working for this company. The team members that you work with are always hired with a certain standard to fit into quick quack's wonderful work environment. The company has helped me get into a position where I can feel fulfilled working with others and be rewarded for my hard work as a leader. Quick Quack focuses a lot on "changing lives for the better". I can confirm that the leadership above you does care for you and makes you feel like you are needed for the position you are in.

Cons

Some cons of this company as with a lot of companies is that the Higher-Ups are not well informed on how the normal day to day processes are handled and some weird choices get made. It feels as though if you have a complaint or are wanting to try a new practice and bring it up to your "Boss" then it just gets played off as, "well that's a good idea but, we shouldn't stir the pot." It often feels like you are just talking to a brick wall that is trying to appease you and your "negative" feelings. That was my experience for one certain region of work so I can't completely speak for all Leadership in this is how they behave.
