-you are an owner operator of your location -flexible time off as long as you communicate -support of peers -build your own team and environment -lots of things to keep you challenged and learning

Cons

-you work 24/7. On call everyday from open to close -sometimes you work most of your shifts as a team member -sometimes upper management does not want to hear the reality, just execution whatever it takes
