This company lives its mission statement, to change lives for the better. They compensate their team fairly so we can live comfortably even during inflation. They only keep amazing people on their team, HR is amazing at weeding people out that don’t fit our culture! They hire kind, smart and driven individuals that are forward thinking and innovative. This company has heart and that’s rare, that’s why I’ll be staying as long as they keep me. I 100% do not want to work for anyone else because I have complete faith in Jason Johnson’s leadership and everyone he selects to lead.
