Pros

Unlike most executive roles, being a Store Leader for Quick Quack Car Wash provides an opportunity for a work life balance while at the same time, a much higher earnings potential.

Cons

Only Con is that there are things that are out of your control (maintenance issues) that require having to wait for someone to come fix (sometimes days/weeks depending on the severity of the issue). In the mean time your wash quality may lack.

Free carwashes, sunday and mondays off

Cons

Had a regional who belittled me all the time cause I was the youngest store manager. Would be called to work when I was on my days off when the store would break down because our territory was so big it would take the mechanic 1 hour to get to the shop. Got called at 8 pm to fix the chain.

there is favoritism. its mainly run by men, there isnt much room to excel, the dress code is strict, the company is mormon
