Pros

Customers are great. They pay, if you're willing to sacrifice your peace of mind and personal time.

Cons

Micromanaging. Made you wear a microphone. Written up for minor things, including if your team member didn't say the pitch correctly. Didn't give any pay increases to team members during the pandemic. Expected you to run the whole place while having a sign waiver out front, causing at times customers to wait longer. Upper management will sacrifice you to save their position, ie make you look bad even though your killing it. Regional Managers didn't do their fair share, and past the buck. Said you had to work 45-50hrs on salary even though you actually only have to be on the schedule for 40hrs. Basically getting you to work 5-10hrs over regardless. I can understand 5hrs OT, because things can occur, but demanding that of you while the regionals only work 40hrs on salary if that, and they leave work early for whatever.

Everyone is very kind and wants you to succeed.

Cons

Membership driven company. This is a sales job not a carwash job, when hiring team members make sure they know its a sales job. Nepotism from owners, you'll see that a lot their children in high positions. Owners talk about modeling there company culture like Chick-fil-a. We all know Chick-fil-a is anti gay so they aren't considerate to LGBTQA+ team members and leaders.
