Pros

Fast working environment will give you a good idea of the Direct Marketing world. Lots of work to do and long hours of work.

Cons

Poorly lead by "team leaders" who have little to no experience with the target group. Poor decisions made on top of fast pace gives you further poor results. Not a place for those who want to work long hours and high turn over rate. Never a job is complete as things constantly change due to ever changing targets and missing team resources.

Pros

the other employees within the company are typically like-minded and awesome individuals.

Cons

free snacks have been turned into a vending machine you have to pay for, the company doesn’t care if you’re sick and that you’ll get others sick they still want you in-office, management says they appreciate feedback but then target individuals who speak up about concerns, pay decreases around the holidays, more fraudulent leads than true consumers, you have to use your PTO to attend company meetings
