Stocked kitchen. Friendly peers. Laid back environment (almost too laid back). Most of the verticals of the company are well run. If you are a work-aholic this may work for you. They do know how to make money but at what cost to employees?

Cons

There is a severe lack of training. Some hourly employees are expected to perform like salaried employees without the OT pay. Company expansion has allowed them to bring on new evolving positions that are poorly organized and poorly designed. Management can be too laid back to the point where light-hearted joking with employees can quickly turn into insults.

Nothing I or anyone can think of.

Cons

Absolutely nothing to learn. Managers are a bunch of idiots with zero to no knowledge. A lot of manager are sexist and pass comments casually not even realising they have female workforce as well. Your career will be ruined if you work here. Even the India head is busy whole day in either buying or selling stocks or else yelling on the floor showing off his bossy attitude. This company looks like a circus and surviving only because of bunch of old people working there from last 14-15 years because they know they cannot go anywhere else.
