Solid company - but make allies.

Pros

Very solid and well-run company - competent, fast acting, and well financed. They know how to make money, and will certainly do so in the future. The technology stack is solid and well thought-out and managed. The Foster City office is quite nice, if a bit drab, with excellent light and views.

Cons

A rather draconian company to work for - firings were regular occurrences, good times and bad. Also a rather combative corporate culture exists there - be prepared for long, loud arguments (with the odd explicative thrown in) when discussing any changes in direction. Individuality is definitely not encouraged. Frequent reshuffling of the worker hierarchies seemed designed to shed more senior employees.

-Poor Management across company -Hire and Fire policy -You wont feel like you are in office. It's more like school. -No fun activity. -They never give bonus -Very less value for shares they offer
