Still not that big that you will not have access to senior management. In general I feel people are very friendly and I am happy in general with the personal side of my coworkers.

Cons

The company has high aspirations, but it is eternally understaffed and that doesn't play well.

- You ca learn a lot as fresher in shorter period of time. - You learn complete model of company - One can easily check API developed by company, no restriction. - Not much of strict rules.

Cons

- You can not grow much technically, once you complete around 4 years of experience with company. - As per US market situation layoff keeps happening which can put you in insecure mind state. - Senior management don't give any importance to technical growth of company/employee. Every time cost matters most.
