      -Get good learning opportunities in short span of time. -Good for people who would like to learn new technologies. -Get opportunities to present new ideas. -Good Working culture with people offering a helping hand. -Good Package for starters.

      -Less Incentives as compared to huge giants which provide laptops, i-pads, food, relocation benefits, etc,

      Not a lot of pressure PTO Not micro-managey Work-life balance

      Cons

      Insider culture. Those "in" with COO get promoted; those outside much less so. Outdated model. The internet has grown up while QS sites have not. Don't feel great about what you do -- selling leads to Visa and University of Phoenix Not a ton of internet talent. Haven for former mid-level consultants who bring a macro-perspective (and skillset) to a shrinking company. Cubicle farm No 401K match

      Great benefits. Pay was good for top 10%. Local management was soft. Freedom to manipulate process to render sales dollars. Got a cup and a backpack.

      Cons

      Nature of end product was shady. Sold rumers. Distrust of sub-executive level employees was Orwellian. Peter principal management. Catch phrase crazy. That said....end of the day...return on investment...Schlock
