Pros

The office is filled with an incredibly smart group of people who are approachable and engaging. The company has a proven product with the vision and direction to continue to grow. The social interaction around the office makes for a fun place to work. Additional Perks: - The new office environment is remarkable - Any soft-drink brand you could think of / coffee & espresso machine - Fresh milk and cereal assortment - Delivery dry-cleaning

Cons

Traffic around the 92/101 interchange can be a hassle. Bagels only once a week.

Pros

Management hires very talented people and it's a great environment to learn a new trade as well as pick up experiences and share knowledge. The company cultivates a very supportive learning environment and there isn't a lot of competitive aggression.

Cons

Promotions vary greatly on business unit and vertical. Many times the title you have will not match your responsibilities across different verticals, even though pay grade is tied to it. A manager in one vertical may be doing the director work of another (and sometimes the same vertical). Management seems to disregard who contributes to the growth of the company and will promote based on personal bias. All promotions still have to go through the COO... which doesn't make sense at all. Salary is significantly uncompetitive. Don't expect promotions or recognition for hard work and loyalty.

Pros

Highly competent management team, with sharp focus in the business objectives, yet very approachable. I do not necessarily work closely with the senior management team but they all know me by name, and they all write nice, personal comments praising some of my achievements on my holiday card, every year -- pretty impressive. There are career advancement opportunities within the company, even opportunities to move from one organization to another. I joined the company knowing little about online marketing, but as I stepped up in my roles, I was assigned to more strategic initiatives.

Cons

The company culture is very dynamic in nature, requiring individuals to be more of self-starter types. If you need help, the management will help you succeed in your job, but if you are looking for an organization with clear processes in place, this environment may not the best fit for you.
