No formal training. Bad management. Low morale due to constant layoffs or people leaving for better opportunities. I was an account manager less than a year with this company and over 5 years with a larger company prior. My direct manager provided no formal training for the job, put me on an action plan for something I was never trained for, and 30 days later I was laid off with a 4 week severance package. Hands down the worst place I’ve worked.

Poor senior management which always rotates. They are either micromanaging or totally hands off on projects to the point there is no one but yourself to make critical business decisions that you shouldn't have to.
