Pros

Every engineer here has a direct stake in the success of projects, and that sense of ownership drives them to deliver best work. The company regularly organizes hackathons and buildathons, which are not just about coding but about pushing boundaries and exploring new ideas. Organisation is very transparent top-to-bottom and upwards. Everyone knows OKRs, sprint tasks they are supposed to work on.

Cons

This is not a place for the weak-minded or those who lack focus. You are responsible for delivering top quality projects with full ownership.

No pro. Management is horrible. They force you to work on weekends and assign you do micro management for each single task.

Cons

They call quality to cheap chinese product. Most of the product are from China and they do not even check quality. Lot of customer who cries for return but they just sell their product, make profit and forget about Customer
