Quizlet is very inclusive; everyone's opinion is respected. Management guides employees but does not micro-manage. It feels good knowing that I am working for a company that is helping students grow, learn and succeed.

Pros

Things move quickly here. The company is growing extremely quickly, and we have ambitious goals for the next few years. As such, there's never a shortage of interesting projects to work on. With such a disproportionate engineer-to-user ratio, it only makes sense that the engineers need to be on top of their game. I find myself learning new things from my peers almost every day.

Cons

The benefits are perhaps not quite up to par with some of the more competitive Bay Area companies. They cover most things, so it's definitely not a glaring issue.
