Pros

- Product is well-loved by millions of students and teachers. This is a solid foundation that'll help fuel our audacious ambitions. - Disproportional impact. We are a 50 people company, with ~35M monthly users. This means we get to innovate and also make a big impact. - Growing quickly. The company has been around for 10 years, with a great product-market fit and steady growth. Recently stepped on the gas by raising our first round of VC funding and growing team by 5X. - Employees and leadership are mission oriented, smart, humble and friendly.

Cons

We are figuring out better processes as we grow. This is being handled quite well, collaboratively and transparently.

Pros

- Opportunity to work at a small, early stage company that already has a lot of growth and traction - Mission driven, double bottom line company - Awesome colleagues who are smart and believe in education - Not a pressure cooker. Friendly and fun environment. - Great location in SF with awesome Bay views!

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary for a start up: - Resource constrained. Really need more engineers. Work here! - Not the place for you if you're looking for an expense account
