Amazing opportunity to contribute to a company that reaches so many people but is still relatively small in terms of headcount. Mission driven, double bottom line. Great leadership team that's transparent, open to feedback and collaborative.

Cons

Company is still getting used to being venture backed -- it was scrappy for so long, that sometimes it feels like we're scrappy even when we don't need to be.
