Pros

• Kind, diverse, and growth-oriented workplace. Lots of coaching and feedback. • Business is growing fast. • Feel good about positive impact of work in the world.

Cons

• Running out of space (I think there's a plan). • Things move fast so not always 100% well-coordinated.

Pros

Amazing product loved by millions helping people learn Great leadership team focused on career development and progression, highly transparent A LOT of technology innovation, opportunities to work on great things.

Cons

None that I can think of... I don't love the commute into the city (I live on the peninsula) but CalTrain is great and the Quizlet office is easy to get to.

Pros

Quizlet has great people across functions and orgs. The company attracts high caliber technical talent which is complemented by talented business functions tied together by a strong management team. The culture is inviting, and open and the team has done a great job of maintaining its core ethos as an organization while growing as a business and bringing in people from all kinds of backgrounds. Being in EdTech it attracts more socially conscious individuals than your average Silicon Valley startup which can be a change of pace for some. The management team is mindful of aligning with employees long term ambitions and makes a genuine effort to setup individuals with opportunities that interest them. The pace of work is fast and the level of responsibility given to individuals considerable making Quizlet an attractive place for anyone looking to have high impact and seeking meaningful and substantive work experience.

Cons

Culture can be a little too consensus driven at times which can slow down decision making but in Quizlet's defense every company struggles to find the right balance of bottoms up democracy versus top done dictates.
