Pros

I've never worked with more driven and kind people. Everyone here, including all the engineers and office management, actually does care about education! Cutting edge technology choices and deep integration with Google makes it really fun.

Cons

There is a lot of legacy code, but the team has been actively migrating. Transparency and high level product planning is still a process they are figuring out, but once again everyone has the best intentions so hoping it will improve.

I enjoy working at Quizlet. Management is smart and innovative. It's a startup, so not crazy extensive benefits, but they are solid for a startup. Company has great momentum and fun culture.

Cons

Small company with solid growth, but not hyper growth. Great footing in EdTech space, but small size limits upward mobility.
