A good product that fits a few small nitches and when it suits them a good culture a good people.

Cons

A completely messed up company, they act like everything is great and love to "overshare" but then ambush long time employees with layoffs. They have laid off over 100 people in 2022 and not sure where the heck this company is going but in the wrong direction for sure.

pristine code base and deep testing practices means ramp-up takes a long time, even for experienced engineers
