Pros
The product is really good. Much better than the others in this space for file data storage. All inclusive pricing, and future proofing investment is a nice thing to sell to customers. The two new leaders they brought in should definitely shake things up a bit, but I don't think they knew exactly what they were getting themselves into before they joined. Nonetheless, they are both great.
Cons
Poor management. It feels like they are running the company into the ground. Bad mojo right there. they put a secretary without any experience in a marketing position managing several senior marketeers. no accountability from the top. That makes me question whether or not this company can survive with that kind of oversight. Sales is a mess. Compensation is the lowest in my industry experience. No increases. Culture and values would be nice lived out instead of just written down.
