Haven't scared off all the good people from engineering, yet. Able to hold onto the shreds of the good agile engineering culture, despite 'under new management' problems. Genuinely good people who care about their customers.

Cons

New CTO thinks he's Steve Jobs, but only has the nasty demanding attitude and none of the visionary genius. Negative 10 EQ. Chief Customer officer seems competent, shame he can't reign in his peer. Fired half the women in engineering in June 2022 and the numbers were already below industry average. Don't expect it to be a place where DE&I matter.

Unlimited PTO and good maternity leave benefits. Weekly All Hands meeting to vaguely communicate with employees.

Cons

Limited career growth opportunities. Management is so focused on IPO they neglect their employees. Bad finance management.

Unlimited PTO. Flexible working hours, depending on the team.

Cons

The epitome of a workplace that causes employee burnout. Once the former CMO left the company, the marketing team went downhill with their new "leader" who is mean-spirited and had zero marketing experience. Culture of bullying among senior leadership.
