      Really solid company with a good product and great culture. Benefits package is awesome

      Opportunities for career advancement for internal employees are sparse Product is fairly complex Sales cycle tends to be on the long side

      Pros

      Product and market adoption catching fire. Transition was a little bumpy, but new sales leadership team is excellent. Many wonderful people work for this company. The great culture is diminished but still alive as company grows FAST.

      Cons

      Exec leadership ignoring its blind spots and cautious at wrong times. Bringing a top heavy group from AWS into a startup to build a multi cloud business not looking very smart. Company ignoring some easy Covid-related changes that would improve employee morale and mental health, and boost work quality and productivity.
