      Kissing up to the right people guarantees a promotion irrespective of how pitiful your performance is

      Cons

      Nothing else matters except kissing up to the right people—chiefly the CMO, who runs his department like he's the head of the secret police. Impugn his pathetic, performative attempts at feminism and you'll get fired right quick

      "Run Fast AWAY from Qumulo!!!"

      Pros

      Free snacks, decent swag and if you lie low you can weather the chaos and executive bullying.

      Cons

      Marketing leadership is frightening. The CMO has divided sales and marketing and fired some of the best people Qumulo had, or ran them out the door. If your political views don’t align, you will be targeted with aggression and closed door bully tactics. The rest of the executive team is either blind to the behavior or don’t care. Neither is good.

      Qumulo is a rapidly growing company with a great product that customers love. Culture and team are a big part of why I joined. After 6+ months with Qumulo, the culture is everything I hoped for. People are collaborative, supportive, driven, smart and invested in building an incredible company.

      Cons

      We're growing fast and sometimes communication across the company isn't quick enough.
