Qumulo has a very team-driven, supportive dev culture. It still feels like a small company in the right ways, but they have been around long enough to have created a sustainable environment that doesn't burn people out.

Cons

The company doesn't move as quickly as some more top-down companies move. It's a trade-off, but it lacks the manic pace some people look for in start-ups.

- CEO is moving away from politics during weekly company meeting. - Solid product in the NAS space. Very innovative compared to legacy NAS. - Immense focus on channeling the direction of where Big Data has been moving. - Great work life balance.
