Fantastic product that is evolving. Fantastic customer success team. Excellent sales engineering and tech team.

Cons

Upper levels of sales management do not support, but hinder and make sake of the product exceptionally challenging.

Pros

The executives are very bright. They have great vision and goal to bring the company to the next BIG thing. The technology is adaptive to the customers' need and we can do it very well. Customer Success Team is the best in the business. Health benefit is actually very good for a startup. Qumulo is ranked the best company to work for in Seattle but it is actually the best company to work for worldwide because we are a world wide company.

Cons

The company is very generous and open to listen to our feedbacks. We do have 401K but no matching.
