      Surprisingly great place to work and the team is awesome

      Pros

      So far, the work I've had has been really engaging and has struck a great balance of autonomous and supportive. The projects and teams have been super collaborative and everybody's been very open and supportive. I've been pleasantly surprised with how good the culture and environment has been.

      Cons

      Not many cons to speak of. I think the main thing I'd like to see is an adherence to and continued prioritization of a healthy work/life balance, and a great company culture.

      Good benefits and pay for market, great work life balance, fully remote and great direction from leadership.

      Cons

      Still in growth phase, lots of competitors but great direction from leadership and clear growth goals/feature goals
