      - Friendly and approachable management team - Benefits and salary are competitive and growing - Remote work with flexible PTO - Worldwide staff - Friendly and welcoming work culture - Lots of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      As with any startup, structure and workload is high due to rapid expansion but slowly calming down as key roles are getting filled. As a newcomer it would help a lot to be a self starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.

      - The company really knows what their employees need and generously provides. - The company really values the importance of each member of its family. - The company believes that if the employees are well taken care of, it would truly reflect on the company's level of success. - The company recognizes small achievements which truly raises the team's morale. - The managers and supervisors are very well-spoken. They encouraged their team members to speak of and stand out. - Compensation? That's the icing on the cake. There's no wonder employees here are always happy to do their jobs.

      Cons

      - The schedule options are quite limited. Although, its understandable because business-wise, there's more to do during the business hours making our job worth the pay.

      IMO Mahyar & Daryna is one of the best company owners i have ever met, I was reporting to Ty Hill during my tenure, he is such a class act, they have always ensured the employees are well taken care in terms of culture and renumeration
