      Lots of politics, no clear path to getting promotions as another review mentioned, multiple bad hires including managers who have no business managing anyone let alone making what they are making

      Pros

      You know that in a start-up there will be times when you have to wear many different hats. But here, somehow, the work I do never makes me feel like it is not meaningful. Although we are not in the same physical space, I feel strongly connected to my colleagues. Asynchronous communication is how we roll.

      A growing company, great compensation, awesome culture, leadership really seems to care about their employees

      Worldwide company may take a bit to get a response (understandable), totally remote so if you need office space may not be for you.
