I've been working at OpenPhone for more than a year and I would definitely recommend it. They've managed to bring together a great group of intelligent and thoughtful individuals, making a fun, interesting, and collaborative environment. Despite being fully remote, they are working to build connection between colleagues and promote cross-functional work, keeping our company values at the forefront. They recently launched career frameworks and soon we'll have a more formal employee review process.
