Pros

Aggressive goals, but exec team is transparent with employees about what they are and how we can meet them Good work/life balance and flexibility - quite a few remote employees Supportive environment, good people, good teamwork Competitive benefits, vacation time, and salary with bonus potential Plenty of autonomy and ownership over how I manage my part of the business

Cons

Certain teams don't have bandwidth to accomplish tasks that other teams depend on. Some disorganization and growing pains in the company as a whole, but not more than I'd expect to see at any company.

Variety of talent ranging from experienced employees with 30+ years at the company to some more recent recruits from different backgrounds. The team is elevated and motivating which makes for an exciting atmosphere. Everyone seems to have something to offer and every opinion is valued.

Cons

The growing business can be tough to keep up with. Some changes in the recent years - but everyone seems optimistic about the company's future and any concerns are addressed quickly and honestly.
