Pros

New management driving change in a positive direction for the organization. People are becoming more valued for their contributions to the success fo the company than their tenure with the organization.

Cons

The change is leading to uncertainty for some areas and people within the company. There is some inertia with some long-term employees - not moving as fast as they could or should be.

Pros

Aggressive goals, but exec team is transparent with employees about what they are and how we can meet them Good work/life balance and flexibility - quite a few remote employees Supportive environment, good people, good teamwork Competitive benefits, vacation time, and salary with bonus potential Plenty of autonomy and ownership over how I manage my part of the business

Cons

Certain teams don't have bandwidth to accomplish tasks that other teams depend on. Some disorganization and growing pains in the company as a whole, but not more than I'd expect to see at any company.
