Friendly executives Community Free snacks and drinks Helpful team members Wonderful opportunities to learn and grow as a professional

Cons

RG Barry is renovating the office, so at times it can be a bit noisy. That is my only complaint.

Pros

I have worked here for almost twelve years and really do appreciate how they have a great culture and provide great benefits.

Cons

It is getting better but, this company takes forever to make a decision. As a company we need to be pro-active not re-active. Communication between departments could be better.
