Good learning experience, ok benefits, some good co-workers and leaders.

Cons

Office workers should be paid more. Without the office staff, those trucks can't move. And, three pay is you low to meet their personal needs of taking care of home. If I made what's required for my position, I'd return. But my resources would need to be compatible with the need of my home. That's what we work for.

Pretty Lasse fare about stuff, didn't micromanage, great benefits, one week vacation starting out, nice location for being one of the only ltl companies north of 75 285, mechanics are awesome and best in the business

Cons

No Overtime until after 55 hours, subpar management and poor planning, always put in risky situations with truck, never had assigned truck so fighting over trucks occurs, working equipment would not be able to be used because management didn't have keys
