      Pros

      Weekly pay and paid on time.

      Cons

      No raises. New employees hired making more than you. 1 bathroom to share and everybody don't flush. Half staff working their butt off while other half sitting around doing nothing laughing like hyenas. Supervisors unorganized always changing loads because they don't listen or.don't know what they are doing even if they had been there for years. Constant fights between drivers and dock workers. Lousy insurance. Place is dirty.

      Company owned resorts, decent pay, good people, and job security

      Cons

      Low vacation time, Corporate micromanagement, lower end equipment, health insurance sucks, seniority based runs, grumpy mechanics, if you cap out on pay, the company recruits drivers starting at 3 more $ a hour to start but won't give you a raise because you are caped out on pay after 3 years at 28.72 a hour But they have a ad up on indeed for 33 to start and refuse to give current employees anything

      Pros

      Decent pay, work isn't hard, benefits are good enough. Part time was good and it all went down hill when I went full time.

      Cons

      Management is very poor and either high or drunk half the time and did shady things. They lie to you, edit your time cards, and play favorites. Forced overtime with no overtime pay. If you switch to full-time they will try to control every aspect of your job. It is night and day compared to part-time there.
