Terminal Manager is terrible

Pros

Nothing is a pro to work at this terminal. Company is great terminal is terribly managed.

Cons

Poor moral, High turnover. In two years the management staff was completely turned over two times. The administrative staff was turned over multiple times also. Poor responsive to Covid. One staff members husband died because she contracted Covid at work and infected him.

Good Managers, decent pay. They leave you alone for the most part.

Cons

No breaks. NO BREAKS! One 30-minute lunch for a 10-12 hour shift!! And guess what else? NO OVERTIME PAY!!! Despite 2 class-action lawsuits that were settled-out-of-court, R&L still refuses to pay Forklift drivers for overtime...
