Pros

The work is usually engaging and challenging. CSRs are afforded the opportunity to work with major clients, which is interesting, and to be involved in projects which use the latest technology.

Cons

Prepare for crazy hours and not feeling OK with leaving at your anticipated quitting time. Expect calls at home if questions arise in your absence.

Pros

The more experienced workers there are more than willing to share their experience with the younger generation. Tremendous amount of cooperation between peer groups. Proud history of the company.

Cons

No chance career advancement, just career entrenchment. Wherever you start your career - you'll be there till the bitter end.
