      I really enjoyed my team and my direct boss

      Cons

      It is pretty clear that upper management has a lot to figure out. They made many promises that I don't believe that they can keep, and they are showing that they won't do more than the bare minimum for their employees. The layoffs have begun.

      Great people to work with. Management appreciates you and understands the value of your role.

      Cons

      Demand of the job can change from day to day depending on the accounts you manage. There are definitely stressful days where you are juggling and trying solve lots of different problems. Corporate level management seems questionable based on how things are run, how things are prioritized and the different pressures they put on management.
