Lack of knowledgeable supervisors who can effectively guide their teams. Some managers take offense when their gaps in knowledge are corrected. Multiple workforce reductions (WFRs) over the past 4 years, creating instability. Limited effort from leadership to address recurring issues or implement meaningful changes.

Bad management from president all the way up to corporate. They are one of the most greediest companies when it comes to taking advantage of customers and employees. Terrible employee benefits and treating employees badly. The only ones they care for are their shareholders. They continue to lose employees, customers and are shutting down plants globally. The printing business is a tough industry and they do not value their relationships with their customers or employees. I've since left and am with a different company and it's the difference between night and day. And what's even better our company continues to win business away from RRD for the exact same reason I and many other fellow employees left the company.
