Terrible management, no training, refusal to organize anything. They say they want to make it better, but that's just a thing they say so you will stay. Constantly kick the can down the road. They coddle people who throw the biggest tantrums, and look at all employees as factory line workers, not specialists in a technical field. Favorites are played and blame is always placed on someone besides who is actually responsible. There is no positive work culture. Completely unsafe in regards to Covid as well. They do not enforce masks or social distancing andndo not provid nsanitizer. Zero advancement. Overall go there for a job short term, do not expect a career.
